Merlin and Gwen are a bonded and neutered male and intact female pair.  Gwen has not been spayed and I feel that at her age it is not now necessary to put her through such a stressful procedure, and there is no evidence of any existing uterine or related tumours.  They are 6 years old so in their twilight years but are very fit and healthy, and they are only coming in for rehoming due to the arrival of a baby in the household.  The photos have been supplied by their owner, and I will take more now that they are in.  They will make ideal pets for someone who would rather not commit to the possible 10 years of rabbit welfare duties that you get when taking on young rabbits!  They should have at least 2-3 years left in them yet, maybe longer, as many rabbits achieve 10 years and more.  They have had their RHD2 vaccination and also the combined vaccination.  I have checked their teeth and they are in excellent condition.  There is no charge for adopting this lovely pair, but a donation is always welcomed to help towards the vaccination costs.

Now that they have settled in properly they have proved to be lovely steady rabbits, although still entertaining as they love moving things around and demolish various tree branches they are given very effectively!  They will even make excellent bunnies for first time owners as they are happy and content and easy going.

UPDATE:  This pair are now reserved and will be going to their new home very soon.
